Manchmal überwiegen noch die typischen Nachteile eines StartUps -> holoride ist m. M. aber kein StartUp mehr.
Es ist nun Zeit "erwachsen" zu werden, aber dennoch das positive kindliche nicht zu verlieren! :-)
Tolle, einzigartige Kolleg*innen, die eine klasse Performance bringen. Visionäres Produkt und wunderbare Stakeholder. Teams agieren überwiegend dezentral.
Der Workload ist sehr hoch; manchmal auch der internen Unstrukturiertheit sowie (kleineren) "Schwarz-Weiß-Konflikten" geschuldet.
Es ist aktuell die spannende Phase zwischen StartUp Kultur und Konzern, in der jede und jeder immens viel gestalten darf und muss.
In der Branche erstklassig.
Viel Work aber auch immer noch viel Life -> das ist eine nahezu perfekte Gleichung :)
Für ein (ex) StartUp und generell für ein Unternehmen in dieser Größe ist das Gehalt hoch und sehr fair. Leider werden Auslagen wie Reisekosten oder Spesen aufgrund (noch) fehlender Prozesse zu spät gezahlt; das können auch drei Monate oder mehr sein, die auf die Auslagen gewartet werden müssen.
Starke Mission führt zu starken Teams. Der Zusammenhalt ist grundsätzlich sehr gut. Aufgrund des hohen Workloads sowie des schnellen Wachstums ist es allerdings immer herausfordernder alle Kolleg*innen schnell und nachhaltig mitnehmen zu können.
Perfekt
Meiner Meinung gut aber aufgrund des (teils selbstgemachten) Stress sicher nicht perfekt. Struktur und vor allem Verbindlichkeit sind Attribute auf die (noch) mehr Wert gelegt werden sollte.
Sowohl für Kolleg*innen die remote arbeiten, als auch für die im MUC Office nahezu perfekt.
Das gesamte Team wächst schnell und ist dezentral aufgestellt. Jede/r ist aufgrund des Workloads stark in seinem Bereich eingespannt. Die interne Kommunikation ist grundsätzlich gut und transparent, hat aber sicher noch großes Potential optimiert zu werden.
Es gibt keinen Unterschiede; jedes Individuum bei holoride hat identische Chancen und wird gefördert. Ich habe selten so ein vorbildliches Vorleben von Diversität erleben dürfen.
Du kannst alles machen, wenn du nur möchtest und weißt wo deinen Stärken liegen.

It's still a startup, so there is a lot of work to do and time is always rare.

You get everything you need. You can decide between Windows or Mac, iPhone or Android, .. if you need anything in particular to help your own work environment, it's no problem at all. You can work from home or in the office!

Man hat hier wirklich die Chance, ein riesiges Zukunftsfeld mitzugestalten. Man arbeitet mit riesigen internationalen Partnern, holoride hat einen sehr guten Ruf bei allen anderen Firmen. Es kribbelt in den Fingern wenn ich an die Zukunft von hóloride denke.

Es ist ein Startup. Es gibt Millionen super spannende Projekte. Es gibt viel zu tun. Es ist kein 9-5 Konzernjob aber irgendwie will man gar nicht weniger machen, weil es echt Spaß macht.

Wir wurden gut durch die Corona Krise geführt. Maximale Flexibilität, Support bei Homeoffice Equipment, Bonus, digitale Teamevents ...
Extrem schnelles Unternehmen mit sehr vielen internationalen Themen und Partnern. Die Kommunikation ins Team kann da manchmal nicht mithalten. Hier gibt es etwas Verbesserungspotential!
