When I started there My only child Was getting married but I didn’t have enough time for week off yet but growthways paid me for the week any way. The administration felt that the occasion was important. My health was not good and I needed surgery but they made provisions so I got the time off and I was able to work from home. All this happened in the first 6 months of employment. I have seen the administrators go out of their way to make sure the clients have the best care and equipment.

You know aside from paying more money which can be difficult as the money depends on state contracts, I cannot think of anything I disapproved of.
