At Humanitec, we work with flat hierarchies and in a very trusted atmosphere. In my experience me and my colleagues do not feel like we are working in a company as employees but more like a big team of friends that want to develop promising and impactful projects together.
Working hours are appropriate and there are a lot of free time offers like BBQ and sports.
Humanitec is founded on the idea of creating a software for NGOs and other significant areas. So consequently there is a great social awareness.
As i said, colleagues treat each other with a lot of respect, and on a easy-going and familiar level.
We work with all the common and up to date channels like Slack. Communication is going fast and efficient.
