It is a 9 to 5 job but usually you have to work more, because the company downsizing.
Overtime is not paid.
The management is inducing pressure and stress with negative influence on the overall work-life-balance.

There are no professional perspectives within the company.
They use outdated technologies and are reluctant to new proposals.
No clear development objective from the management.
