Arbeitsatmosphäre

The Managers do not have leadership. They don’t know ‘how to work’ but they are ‘shouting to the employees’. Not professional.

Kommunikation

The Hyundai Autoever is small company like supplier at Hyundai Motor Group. Therefore, they don’t have any power but the ‘customer’ such as HQ Korea, HMETC, EUQC, KME decide their destination.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

One of my manager said ‘Here in Autoever, there is no ‘Real German’ but there are only Asians, Indians and East Europeans as no German want to work in this shitty place. The one thing he said the truth.

Work-Life-Balance

With order of the manager, I worked 12 hours a day but did not get any proper compensation.

Thank you for your evaluation. We are very sorry that you are apparently not satisfied with Hyundai AutoEver Europe as an employer. It is a pity that you did not tell us about your difficulties while still working for the company. This would have given us a better understanding of why you do not feel comfortable with us and the chance to take appropriate measures.

It is regrettable that you would not recommend Hyundai AutoEver Europe as an employer and that you were not satisfied with the behavior of your supervisor in particular. The behavior you described doesn’t align with the values the company is promoting and it is for sure an exception. We value and promote a respectful and positive communication within all levels in the organization.

Our company is a South Korean based company with an international team consisting of employees from 23 different countries. Our business language is English. This information is being mentioned in every hiring interview and is seen as one of the company’s advantages by the candidates applying to our job openings. At no point in time it was our intention to present ourselves as a German company.

In the past three years the company’s policies regarding the work-life balance have improved. For example, the flexible working time has been introduced and through the time account, each extra hour worked is being compensated with free time or through a financial compensation. It is a pity to hear that in your case the working time policy hasn’t been applied properly.

We are as well sorry to see you were not happy with the benefits and social involvement of our company. We are continuously making efforts to maintain our employees’ wellbeing through different policies and incentives like flexible working time, home office, lunch vouchers, train ticket, monthly budget for team buildings, in-house and external professional training, mobile phone with the private usage allowed, parking spaces, car allowance, company events, participation at CSR activities like for example Malteser Social Day, J.P. Morgan etc.
