Whenever I need to run an important errand and come back to work a bit later and/or catch up on my working time on my own terms, it's possible. It's expected to deliver great results, so as long as you are responsible for your projects and deliver great work everything is possible. IDAGIO offers flexible working times as well as home-office when you need it.

Honored to work alongside a great Founders-team, of course, they are only human and sometimes I don't agree with their ways, but they are open to feedback and generally I have learned a lot from them.
