Flexibles Arbeitsmodell
Während meines Praktikums hatte ich leider keine feste Ansprechperson, an die ich mich bei fachlichen Fragen wenden konnte. Trotzdem wurden mir herausfordernde Aufgaben übertragen, die ich größtenteils eigenständig und mit hoher Eigenverantwortung bewältigen musste. Zwar war es lehrreich, sich selbstständig durch Probleme zu arbeiten, aber ohne passende Betreuung fehlte oft die Möglichkeit dazuzulernen. Insgesamt hätte ich mir eine bessere Unterstützung, eine strukturiertere Einarbeitung, mehr Empathie und einen freundlicheren und wertschätzenderen Umgang seitens der Betreuerin die für mich disziplinarisch verantwortlich war gewünscht. Unverständlich war mir das man Praktikanten einstellt, für die es keine fachlichen Ansprechpersonen gibt.

During my internship I definitely spend more time in the company than what my contract demanded but as long as you have a nice team and interesting tasks this no problem at all.

In general the people in the company have a really open-minded spirit and since the team is still relatively young it is easy to connect and form relationships in the professional context or even further.

The salary for interns is currently on the lower side but as far as I heard will be taken care of. Further than that the company has regular events and also the office appliances are really good. Definitely better than the average.
We had super interesting also strategic task on the table which dive a lot into the industry, work on customer focused project and support different departments across the company.

Durch die Möglichkeit die Arbeit weitestgehend selbst einzuteilen bieten sich viele Gelegenheiten das eigene Leben und die Arbeit sinnvoll zu vereinen.
Super, bis jetzt der angenehmste den ich erleben durfte. Ohne dabei zu streng oder zu locker zu sein.
Die Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams ist super, mit regelmässigen und strukturierten Meetings. Auch Kurznachrichten werden effektiv genutzt um einen unkomplizierten Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
