Very calm and chill atmosphere. The team members support and encourage each others in every task. There is a great level of trust from the CEO towards the interns and other employees.
work-life balance is highly respected. The team reminds each others very often to keep the balance and to know when to stop and have a rest time.
A friendly and warm bound supported with lunches, outings, evening meetups, together most of the time!
CEO has a strong vision, knows what he is doing and encourages everyone to join him on the boat! Everyone is envolved in giving opinions about everything and some of the decision making. His communication and leadership as a manager could be seen growing in the short time I've spent there.
Open communication, everyone is motivated to communicate on any matter without judgement and with respect even during disagreements.

Tasks are interesting and very engaging, and as it's a young & new startup there are a lot of unpredictabilities on the type of work. This makes it that the intern needs to be proactive, responsible and takes ownership. Personally I liked it that way, it teaches how to search and detect errors and mistakes and how to find solutions for it, but for those new to a corporate environment can be challenging. They will need additional structure and guidance, which hopefully the team can provide.
