I would not recommend this place to juniors or freelancers. The communication is abysmal and the contracts are designed for the maximum protection of the company and the minimum rights of the employee. You cannot rely on what you are told at all, even in writing.
The support and opportunity for growth are also minimal or non-existent. If you truly care about your craft or creativity, seek opportunity elsewhere.
