Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Again, the company is growing and building new teams and departments. We don't have ready solutions to certain challenges that are coming along. I have to be creative, but I don't find it a downside.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is relaxed; I don't feel pressured to act a certain way and I love it.

The company is not that well-known. The clients' portfolio is in progress.
Work-Life-Balance
I don't feel that my free time is violated by the company.

The company is growing. If you know in which skills you should invest then the sky is the limit.
