Arbeitsatmosphäre

The team is young, agile and simply great. Very motivated people with various hobbys and interest to share. Acceptance for all sexual orientations or skin colours. Sometimes it was stressful due to changes or loads of work. Overall good.

Work-Life-Balance

It took a really long time to convince leadership to let us do home office. I found that very annoying and I felt it demonstrated lack of trust. Leaving work on time (after 8 hours of work) was definitely not something that you could do without getting asked 'where are you going' or 'why so early'? Working overtime was highly encouraged, I would say: highly expected.

Gehalt/Benefits

Rather small income. It was also pretty hard to negotiate it higher. None to very small benefits.

The team is young, agile and simply great. Very motivated people with various hobbys and interest to share. Unfortunately not too many team events, but that's a startup after all, so budget was limited :-)

Heads of teams were very respectful, hard-working and motivated.

We didn't have enough of laptops to use for meetings.

Kommunikation

Sometimes the communication was not very transparent and big changes/announcements were only kept between leadership causing a lot of stress. With time the communication improved.

Gleichberechtigung

I felt like certain employees were not as appreciated as they deserved to be.

Interessante Aufgaben

Very interesting industry to work in, ever-changing and dynamic. Tasks were challenging and interesting.
