Arbeitsatmosphäre
Things are nice on the outside at first but after a while you do notice the tense atmosphere behind it. I think the pressure and unclear communication make people turn against each other and put them on edge, even though they don't want that to happen
Work-Life-Balance
does exist but if you make use of the offers (flexible working hours/home office) management might use that against you whenever it's convenient for them. Be careful

They do separate trash, apart from that I don't know

same here: on the surface management is nice at first but I wouldn't trust them. Communication, deadlines or goals are left unclear. If they make mistakes they might blame you for it
Arbeitsbedingungen
new standing desks and hardware are provided. But no plants or anything cosy to spend time/lunch break. No space to have a call or work in silence

The purpose of Ipso is a good one and in the rare cases management acutally lets you do your job, things can be interesting
