Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Teaching stuff, all very friendly und supportive, i felt like i was not just a student, but a part of a friends circle, with professional benefits:)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
a bit too intense at some points, sometimes felt unnecessary to push that fast.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Consider changing the amount of projects. Since people are heavily using ai in their projects, the quality of the research can drop. Push more time for research and less for the rest, since in ux it is the most important part.
