Very good public image, high tech company with a vision
Work-Life-Balance
depends on personal liking. Some colleagues stay exactly the minimum time required, others are highly enthusiastic and seem to be married to the company

high portion of management positions, seems to offer lots of opportunities if you have compentencies
Gehalt/Benefits
can always be better
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Start-Up with a mission to be better for society
Kollegenzusammenhalt
some unbalance in workload
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
despite an overall young workforce, the experience by older colleagues is well appreciated and i seems like experienced people are targeted to bring better balance into the workforce
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very well informed, good communication of goals and individual appreciation
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very limited privacy and difficult to find a quiet work place.
Kommunikation
Daily briefing on work assignments, well informed on overall targets with medium term expectations
Gleichberechtigung
females are underrepresented, in daily work life I can not recognize gender unequality
