Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In the end I had to go to the court to get my promised bonus (good that I knew the company good enough to get that promise written on paper). Half year later got my bonus and spent a half of it paying the lawyer.
I lost a hope to get my Lohnabrechnung and Lohnsteuerbescheinigung.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
No trust, lies everywhere. I was pressed all the time to do more, stay longer. I was blamed for not doing the this which I wasn't asked to do.
Work-Life-Balance
I had to fight for the balance almost every day. If you don't fight you'll end up working 10-12 hours per day with no vacation and compensation.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I case of conflict (which happens very often) the boss will resort to the simple manipulation of intending that he's very angry on me. That doesn't help much solving the conflicts. As a rule no realistic deadline will be set. You say you need 3 weeks, the boss says it will take 4 days and smile. Micromanagement.

Lies to the customer is a normal thing. Luckily I had not to communicate with customers.

It's unlikey someone will stay there long enough to build a career.
