Store Manager - Fashion (m/w/d) NL - Kampen

Our client is one of Europe’s leading fashion manufacturers.

We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team at their location in NL - Kampen.

• Take full ownership of store operations, leading and developing the team while creating a positive and collaborative working environment
• Manage key business performance indicators, including sales, costs, and overall store performance
• Oversee stock management, product assortment, and ensure an appealing and inspiring store presentation
• Implement local marketing initiatives to drive sales and strengthen the store’s presence in the market
• Build strong relationships with customers and develop local partnerships to increase customer loyalty and brand awareness
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a high standard of professional advice and support for every customer

• Proven experience in a leadership role within retail, ideally within the fashion or textile industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Confident working with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong commercial awareness, sales-driven mindset, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proactive, reliable, and confident personality with a hands-on approach
• Good written and spoken English and Dutch
