About us
Location: Koblenz, Germany (Hybrid – 2 days per week on site)
Salary: Up to 100.000€ + IG Metall benefits
Our client are a leading international technology and industrial company in Koblenz. They are a multi-billion € organization with over 100 years existence and operate in more than 50 countries world-wide.
They are preparing for a global transformation from their legacy HCM system to SAP SuccessFactors, with the project due to begin later this year. Having already hired two experts this year, they are now looking for an additional Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape the project roadmap, play a key role in the implementation, and support the growth of the SuccessFactors team.
The Role
As the SAP SuccessFactors Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the organisation's global SuccessFactors strategy. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will lead the transition from a legacy HCM platform to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring a scalable and successful global rollout.
The initial implementation will focus on Employee Central, followed by Recruiting, with additional modules planned as part of the wider transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the global SAP SuccessFactors implementation roadmap.
- Define the overall implementation strategy and governance model.
- Lead the end-to-end HR transformation programme across international business units.
- Act as the technical and functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Configure, optimise and maintain the SuccessFactors environment following go-live.
- Drive best practice, process improvement and user adoption across the organisation.
Profile
- Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Excellent knowledge of Employee Central, with exposure to Recruiting and other modules advantageous.
- Experience designing implementation roadmaps and HR transformation strategies.
- Strong configuration and technical understanding of SuccessFactors.
- Experience working within international or global organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English (German would be advantageous but is not essential).
