Our client are a global leading Energy company based in Frankfurt (order Mannheim). They are a multi-billion € organization andcurrently employ over 100.000 employees worldwide in more than 120 countries.
With 3 major M&As taking place this year, they are actively seeking an Inhouse SAP FSM Consultant to join their growing team. You will support large-scale S/4HANA integration projects and help with their continued growth and success.
Tasks
- Act as the SAP FSM subject matter expert.
- Design, configure and optimise SAP FSM solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead and support SAP FSM implementations, rollouts and enhancements.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from design through to testing, deployment and support.
- Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Service Cloud and third-party systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver user training, documentation and best practice guidance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners.
Profile
- Strong experience implementing and configuring SAP Field Service Management.
- Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud or SAP BTP.
- Understanding of field service processes, scheduling and mobile workforce management.
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, APIs or SAP Integration Suite is beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle.
- SAP FSM certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are beneficial.
