Job description

We are looking for a person with a can-do attitude and willingness to be part of the Global Marketing Team in Wardenburg, Germany. You will have your own area of responsibility and will support our Global Product Managers. This is a great opportunity if you want to work in a global and entrepreneurial environment with active projects in different areas, including digitalization and electrification. We are looking for a team member who can contribute to our growth and who strives for long-term development within our global organization and with ambitions to move internationally. You will be a direct report to the Team Leader Product Management, Pavers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Generate Market & Customer insights & foresight by connecting with Customer Centers

  • Conduct research and analysis intended to drive customer experience

  • Enhance the Dynapac global website and social media content

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on pre-defined tasks for product development & support including „Voice Of Customer“, business cases, value propositions, competitor comparisons

  • Collaborate with Product Managers & Communication Team to maintain & create content for sales material, brochures, and presentations

  • Support in organize campaigns and monitor progress using performance reports

  • Support promotional events, exhibition and agile projects

  • Support Product Managers in taking care queries from Customer Centers

    This position requires travelling.

Experience and personal requirements & knowledge

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • University degree or equivalent with industry experience

  • Ability to cooperate with customers and stakeholders at different levels

  • Fluency in English

  • Commercial awareness and creativity

  • Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365

  • You are good at networking with solid communication skills orally and in writing

  • You are analytical and work in a structured way
