Joonko will have the ability with time to show its own worth but as a child company of Finleap, it is very clear that Joonko is a company which already has and will have a fantastic image.

I have to commend Joonko here very highly. You do not feel like a slave to the company but rather a human being with a life. I think as long as one is transparent and respectful, you will be met with the same.

It is very early days but the things that have been discussed sound very promising

The wage is fair. It is not the worst, nor is it the best. With everything else as a whole package, the wage is nothing to complain about!

The management are great. Very approachable, they listen and are friendly.

Everything we need we have access to and the office manager is truly wonderful and competent!

Communication is great. Everybody is really open, clear and transparent.
Gleichberechtigung
This has been the most diverse workplace i have ever encountered in Berlin thus far. Not only men in high positions, the big boss is a wonderful and highly competent woman! Lots of races, faiths, ethnicities and nationalities and not just to meet quotas - almost everyone is super competent!
Interessante Aufgaben
It is the very beginning of Joonko so there is always room for improvement.
