Toward the end, only a few minutes remained for the interviewee's questions, which may lead to uncertainty about how to manage responses earlier in the conversation.
A suggestion would be to outline not just the interview structure but also the estimated timing at the beginning, clearly specifying how much time will be reserved for Q&A. This would help candidates feel more confident and ensure a smoother flow of conversation.
