Great start with Kiska and I’m looking forward to what will hopefully be a bright future here.
The team have been extremely accommodating with my English and have provided German lessons for me to participate in.
The onboarding was perhaps a little light in detail but, having now spent some time here, the team have quickly gotten me up to speed.
The communication support from the team prior and during my arrival to Germany has been very generous and helpful. It contributed significantly to me quickly feeling settled within the team despite the obvious challenges associated with moving country/employer/language.
The team seem to be aware of the lack of gender diversity within the office and have a desire to address it. In my experience this seems to be an industry wide issue, not just specific to this employer.
