In my experience there appeared to be a really big problem with burnout, lack of appreciation, and the executive team consistently infighting and even speaking poorly of other teammates.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I think this may be the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. I would not send my worst enemy to work here.
Gehalt/Benefits
Compared to my other jobs with the same title this was paid much lower.
Gleichberechtigung
In my experience there was very little diversity or equality. The executive team is mostly white middle aged men, and while I worked there I don’t remember a single women ever being promoted
