Supportive Team, Strong Culture, and Real Growth Potential

The hiring process at Knuspr was honestly one of the best I’ve experienced — transparent, respectful, and well-organized. From day one, I felt supported and set up for success.
My manager is incredibly approachable and genuinely supportive, and the team has a great attitude. Even during challenging periods — with tight timelines, unexpected changes, or sickness — people stay focused and help each other out without hesitation.
As with any fast-growing company, the workload can build up a bit and really test resources, but it’s matched by a very strong sense of teamwork and willingness to jump in from others where needed. That culture really stood out to me. Transport can be a bit tricky if you're commuting from Berlin, depending on where you live.
Overall, Knuspr has given me one of the best onboarding experiences I’ve had in Germany. There’s a lot of opportunity here if you bring the right mindset, and it’s a place where effort and initiative are truly valued. Would definitely recommend!!
