There was some rawness in the internal processes but since it is a startup, it is understandable. However, due to fast decision making and openness to employees' ideas, I have seen a lot of improvement over the last few months.

All equipment is new and ordered personally for each newcomer. Regarding the office, it is nice but as the company is growing, it also has a potential for improvement.

The best part of it is that it is an absolutely entrepreneurial environment. Also plenty of room for new ideas and creativity, which makes almost every activity interesting.
