The online and offline atmosphere continued to surprise me everyday. Never met so many nice people in the same place before. Extremely positive experience. Everybody is very open to communicate and help others.

Was ich an Leb Bunt e.V. als Arbeitgeber liebe, ist meine Flexibilität während des Praktikums. Ich hatte zwar grobe Rahmenarbeitszeiten, aber am Ende des Tages ging es eigentlich immer nur darum, dass ich meine Arbeit erledige, egal wann und wo. Dadurch war das Praktikum sehr leicht mit meinem Studium kombinierbar.

In dieser Organisation habe ich mein Praktikum als Assistentin der Geschäftsführung und zur Unterstützung der Personalabteilung absolviert. Die Erfahrung innerhalb der Organisation während dieser Zeit war sehr lehrreich und gab mir zusätzlich das Gefühl, Teil einer Familie in Deutschland zu sein. Das Arbeitsteam ist multikulturell und vielfältig, sodass ich mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern lernen und arbeiten konnte. Meine Erfahrung innerhalb der Organisation war sehr positiv, weshalb ich sie auch nach meinem Praktikum als ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiterin weiter unterstützen wollte.

In this organization I did my internship as Assistant and supporting the Human Resources department. The experience within the organization during that time was of great learning and additionally made me feel part of a family in Germany. The team is multicultural and diverse, so I was able to learn and work with people from different countries. My experience within the organization was very positive, which is why I wanted to continue supporting it as a volunteer after my internship.
