Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Most of the colleagues were nice, nice terrace.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Absolutely would not recommend. A lot of unnecessary micromanagement, while our managers had no idea about what we actually do. One of the managers is very rude and disrespectful. Especially the external colleagues are treated very poorly. No one listens to your opinion, you do dull repetitive tasks the whole day while the company is looking for the ways to replace you with outsourcing. No chance to learn anything or improve. Zero career perspectives. Unpaid overtime. Salary is very low, the only "benefit" is some fruit. No job security - many people were fired without any notice. The management does not care about anything but numbers.

As the other comments say, all the "good" reviews here look like they come from the same person, have a look yourself.
