Nachdem am Honorar nicht mehr zu verwandeln war, wurde das Kilometergeld gekürzt.
Most of the colleagues were nice, nice terrace.
Absolutely would not recommend. A lot of unnecessary micromanagement, while our managers had no idea about what we actually do. One of the managers is very rude and disrespectful. Especially the external colleagues are treated very poorly. No one listens to your opinion, you do dull repetitive tasks the whole day while the company is looking for the ways to replace you with outsourcing. No chance to learn anything or improve. Zero career perspectives. Unpaid overtime. Salary is very low, the only "benefit" is some fruit. No job security - many people were fired without any notice. The management does not care about anything but numbers.
As the other comments say, all the "good" reviews here look like they come from the same person, have a look yourself.
Respect people and do not mistreat them.

Our pictures make the web more beautiful and being part of the company is even more beautiful. Most of the coworkers are quite cool.
The company is growing so fast that it is hard not to develop with the each individual.
Not the largest office, but now with the second floor its cool + the rooftop terrace is AMAZING!

Einer Von den Geschäftsführer hat kein richtiges Verständniss
Die Arbeitszeiten können besser geregelt werden. Auch wäre cool, wenn Freizeitstätigkeiten für das Team organisiert werden.

Das jeder anpackt und alle für eine Sache kämpft.
Manchmal ist es lauter in den Räumlichkeiten, wenn viel los ist. Aber das gehört dazu.
Mehr Ruheorte für Meetings.
Das Team ist echt klasse und hilft sich aus. Leistung wird belohnt und man kann sich einbringen.
Man muss sich halt gut managen können, am besten per Getting Things Done, dann klappt es.
Wer gute Vorschläge hat wird auch gehört.
Leistung lohnt sich.
Mit den Arbeitskollegen kann man auch gerne nach Feierabend was unternehmen.
Älteste Personen sind unter 40, aber trotzdem reden wir mit denen ;)
Immer ansprechbar, immer transparent. Hören gut zu und sehen ihre Aufgabe darin, die Arbeit für einen zu erleichtern.
Schnell, direkt und sehr transparent.
Wird kein Unterschied gemacht, hauptsache ist was man sagt, nicht wer was sagt.
Alles ist sich am entwickeln, deswegen gibt es viele interessante Bereiche.

Many new positions, departments and teams are formed - therefore high career opportunities.
If one is into startups, fast growing developments and no varying tasks, lemon one offers very interesting jobs. If one prefers corporate work, this is not recommendable.
