tough! too reliant on external advisors and too little appreciation of internal expertise. stop turning proactive warning signs into lack of willingness to solve challenging situations by blaming individuals.

lot of really great people already left the business, mainly due to the really poorly aligned management and lack of sharing common goals. Overtime with no compensation.
Work-Life-Balance
was good, but is getting quite unbalanced and will certainly get even tougher as the program gets closer to certification

too often people get appointed for positions and roles are not being offered.
