Disappointing and unprofessional. The interview was conducted via a mobile phone and it sounded like a car ride. Due to the technical "scrap" quality of the call and the interviewer's thick French accent, it was hard to understand the questions, let alone have a meaningful professional exchange.

To judge a candidate’s skills based on a conversation where the hiring side fails to provide basic acoustic clarity. Rejecting someone after a 20-minute "guessing game" on the phone is not only disrespectful of the candidate's time but also shows a complete lack of interest in actually evaluating talent.
