Too many things to name them. Low payment, aggressive atmosphere, bad environmental behavior (you would not believe the amount of trash we produce every day).

Teamleaders scream and insult their workers and the managers don´t say a word, I´ve seen grown men cry cause they felt emotionally hurt. Threaening people that if they don´t do overtime they will lose their jobs.

Not that great at communicating what to do but great at shouting what not to.

Everyone is talking shit behind everyones back.
Work-Life-Balance
From stangind motionless in one spot for nine hours a way,one gets so exhausted that you spend the rest of the day recovering from the noise (40 people in one department and earblasting music all day long).
Vorgesetztenverhalten
To be honest, there are tendencies of racism. People of color definitely get treated more rude than the rest.
Interessante Aufgaben
Hell no. This is brainnumbing trash. Repeat the same bullshit for eight hours a day. Filling powder and your lungs up with chemicals. The masks they provide actually protect from smells and not from microparticles. But noones cares about anything.

Occasionally hooking up with your teamleader truely does help. This company is built on connections and private friendships rather than ability.

There are only very few and noone is trying to safe their limited physical energy. Happy people making happy soap my ass.

Broken knives, broken scissors, broken brooms, you name it. Safety is a term that could not be further from the truth.

Are you kidding me? Using 100 gloves per day and throwing away plastic molds to produce packaging free products really does not make any sense to me.

Hope you dont have any pets cause you would not be able to provide for them. Payment far below average. Therefor most people working there are refugees or immigrants without language knowledge.

Hope people slowly figure out the truth about what this company actually is. I loved buying their products before i started working here and saw under what condotions these are made.
