The Management provided everyone the right tools and software to access so we are more efficient and productive with our job. Also, the Management is open to suggestion to improve and innovate as they provide support and encourages everyone to collaborate with individual team members to establish a strategic and development path to succeed. We are hold accountable for our own results through OKRs thus helping each one have one goal, one vision and one purpose.
I can sense that everyone is as close but since I am working remotely, I would love to spend more time with my team personally so I can get to know more of them and understand what they need and how I can be of help. The good thing is that we may have been working virtually but we tend to develop a closer relationship with each other and our learning sessions help everyone know one.
I was challenge but was having so much fun new and interesting tasks that was assigned to me. Each one in the team sets realistic timetables to keep projects and tasks on target and clearly established the desired goal and objectives.
We strive to grow and excel and our daily team calls open doors to providing updates and evaluation. I love how this has been done because everyone communicates in solving difficulties in a positive way. We view feedback as an opportunity for growth.
I didn't feel that I was a stranger because there was no discrimination from the team. regardless of your color, race or preference, you are accepted and well respected as a person and as an individual. Strengths are rewarded and weaknesses are being corrected so each one in the team will be the best version of himself.

I would like to be given the chance to join seminars or conference relevant to the business but what I love about Luxshield is that we are always ask how we see ourselves in the next months or years and how we envision taking another role in the Company. In I way I feel that I am part of the growth and what I have now is relevant to how I see myself in the business and I know that when the business grows, I will be given the chance to take on the lead and help expand the business and its people.

The company and its employees embrace change, accommodate new trends and technology, and incorporate new skills. We are supported to watch videos and read blogs. In my case, as a Full-time remote staff, in the future if the business is earning revenue, I would like to join seminars or conferences the company can sponsor so that I can use it for the business and how I can help improve the processes.
The working condition is centered around working as a team and that allows everyone’s talents to flourish. We have the liberty and freedom to work with flexibility but also taught to reserve the obligation to inform the Management of our plans. I find that I work best in an environment and the current work condition empowering and positive.

We are always encourage to explore the new trends and innovations and understand what the world needs and how we can make use of our products to help people and becoming socially responsible with the information we gathered everyday.
I have the flexibility at my own pace to work and that I love how this is happening because aside from serving Luxshield, I have other endeavors to improve my skills as well as spending more time with my family and friends. Luxshield is very supportive of this and I am able to have a clear emphasis on health, family my environment.
The image of Luxshield has not been tampered so far and this reputation built by everyone is also the factor why people are interested in knowing about us and what we can offer to help them understand their needs.
