Great team, innovative AI/ML product, lots of possibilities

I have been working for the company for more than a year, and I can say that I like the team very much. In short, very smart people work here. During that time, I learned as much about ML as if I had taken a dedicated course.
It's also nice to know that we're working here with cutting-edge AI technology that helps factories in the real world. And that's a plus because the company is more stable, in the event of a crisis in the digital world. It serves the real sector, and we've had some remarkable clients this year.

The minuses flow from the pluses, I can see that a high level of autonomy is required in some areas. Also, for those who are used to very large teams and hangouts, perhaps this would also be a minus.

You can always make suggestions, and discuss them with your colleagues and often with the founders of the company, no matter what level you are at. I'd say it's a very flat hierarchy.

You can choose what you will work with on Apple / Windows, the most up-to-date hardware. The team here is quite small and decentralized. So far we have three offices in Berlin, Tübingen, and Cologne. It is possible to work remotely and in a hybrid format.

The pay is good, but there is always something to strive for. And also every employee gets company shares.
