Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The bosses are mostly always very loud, they donot treat all the employees equally and nicely.
I find the bosses to be extremely double faced and they lack the art of 'Communication', which creates a big Barrier. Even after working 10-12 hours everyday theres no recognition or even a good gesture from the people around you, like it is supposed to be like this.
Everyone is scared for their jobs, this is the first office I have been to where a lot of peole were laid off , or fired 1 week before their probation ended, which i personally found extremely unprofessional.
The chairs are super old and extremely uncomfortable, even in 2025 they are using very old screens making it hard to work, so if you want to spoil your eye sight this is the best office, lol.
Working there felt like working in a supermarket, so many people, and very little space. For a Architecture office, they donot abide by the RULES themselves (ASR)!
So I donot recommend to anyone to work their, if you like to have a peaceful life stay away from this very toxic office.
