Good and stable IT-company with innovative products
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
structured workflow, good work-life balance, trusting environment
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Microsoft office!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
great, very friendly colleagues, the team is international. There was no fluctuation within the last two years
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime work is very rare, the workflow is mostly very structured and well organized.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
the education offer basically available but one needs to take care of it by oneself
Gehalt/Benefits
for a small company very fair and quite an average in the industry
Kollegenzusammenhalt
also good, regular team events
Arbeitsbedingungen
the office in Kreuzkölln is very beautiful, so pity that we mostly work from home now. At the beginning of my work here I asked for the desk with adjustable height and got it. Neukölln itself is of course something one needs to get used to but the office location there is great, many cool cafes in the area etc.
Kommunikation
the communication was definitely better before the covid topic and home office came up but is still okay. There are daily and weekly meetings to discuss current issues
Interessante Aufgaben
it depends of course, but mostly interesting
