There's a nice office vibe and very friendly colleagues

MSW is very flexible in regards to work-life balance: flexi-work times, to home office, all the way to custom work models (3 days a week, or 5 hours per day, etc).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you are motivated to learn, the company will support you with material or workshops

The CEO is a friendly and approachable person. Any issues that arise in the office are quickly resolved by him.

Very open communication
