Despite of current Corona situation, busy work schedules and knowing the fact that all colleagues are not in same project, same place place. whenever possible there will be team meetings, parties, sharing the experiences either directly or virtually is something much appreciated.
Work-Life-Balance
Work life balance depends not just on employer but on to employee ,how they balance themselves between work and their personal life. Though its not mandatory to work late nights or weekends, sometimes you might need to stretch a bit long whenever there is critical client activities/tasks which are unavoidable.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
well behaved and friendly with all employees, having frequent catchup with employees, having together lunch and most importantly checking that you and your family safe , if in case of improvements to yourself - explaining it clearly in 1-1 meetings, so we learn and improve.
Interessante Aufgaben
For me interesting tasks will be always been leaning new stuff, it might be IT related or learning German -its well supported by employer . So i am glad that i am at right place.

Older colleagues of course are more experienced in the company and will have more responsibility to take-up long with their salary improvements, position changes and guiding new colleagues in all aspects of work and culture

Company is always well prepared for environmental protection, social awareness and Pandemics like covid -19, regular updates are published for all the employees in the company intranet. Best example for environmental awareness would be - Christmas Tree plantation by all employees.

Definitely working here is big plus point in terms of career development . Salary improvements are also given based on company standards and your performances. And there will be yearly Bonus to employees provided.
