Dear candidate,

Thank you for your open feedback. We try to respond to all qualified candidates who take the time to apply for one of the jobs advertised on our website or on career portals we actively work with in a timely fashion. We are aware we do not always succeed in doing so and have only recently established a revised way of handling this challenge.

That being said, we receive a lot of applications from career portals who have obtained our ads by applying scraping mechanisms and copying our ads to show on their own pages. Working through these applications takes a lot of time, which is why we as a company have opted to work with only a very limited number of vendors for showing our ads in the first place. We therefore prioritize applications received through our selected vendors over applications received through other means.

We also take the liberty of not responding to candidates who have not taken it upon them to adapt their application to the contents of our ads. If an application states "you are looking for a frontend specialist" while we are clearly looking for full-stack capabilities, we assume the candidate is not that serious about wanting to work with us, and will respond to their application with a lower priority.

We have also consciously decided against working with automated response mechanism to confirm receipt of applications, since we think it is important to reply individually to candidates.

Not knowing your individual case it is impossible for me to tell why we have not yet responded to your application. I will assume it was our fault and apologize sincerely.
