Nobody has ever blamed somebody else if something did not work out. Everybody works in teams and in within these teams, everybody tries to help each other and to communicate honestly when something went wrong.
Nobody is acting like a general whose commands have to be obeyed. Instead, communication is used.
Things like working from home, flexible working times etc. are natural to Mercury.
Everybody is friendly and cooperative.
In my experience, I have never seen a company that was as inclusive as Mercury. I can confidently say from the selection process of employees which I could observe thoroughly, that no such things as gender, ethnicity, sexuality, religion etc. played a role to Mercury at all.
There are multiple tasks in each team and tasks are always shared according to the interests of employees.
