Unreliable company to work

Very unpredictable, highly unfair and unstable employer, especially unsuitable for applicants who have obligations, a mortgage, a family, etc., because the Messer company pretends to be a corporate company, but there are no fair and transparent rules.
I would like to warn you especially against the Belgian and Austrian metallurgy "managers" of Application Technology team who are really far from moral leadership, competitive in this century.
If you want to work in a place where:
- the manager has no strategy and changes the direction of the team in a matter of days or months
- bossing and mobbing are accepted
- the manager doesn't keep his word, his word has no value and he changes major decisions and promises overnight
- decisions are made based on the advice of subordinates who immediately precede him and kiss his bottom, facts are not taken into account here
- national origin discrimination from certain favorite subordinates, preferred by the manager, is tolerated (although this subordinate is himself an immigrant)
- sick and pre-retired employees are treated inconsiderately
- employees are fired just before the end of the probationary period on the day they promise to sign an extension
- a deputy attacks you with an accusations in your free time outside the company's workplace
- Managers resolve internal matters unofficially behind the backs of all those involved at a company party- you can't express your own opinion unless you want to be fired immediately
- romantic relationships in the team are tolerated
- work results or whether everyone works and what extant/quality is not relevant
... then you're in the right place.
