After spending half an hour to compile the application form, I received an email where it was told to me that my application would be processed and I would get a feedback. There was never a feedback and the position was closed. Ghosting is not good, especially if the candidate is a 100% match with the job requirements, please improve the pipeline and the selection criteria, my impression is that both are highly sub-par.
