Great place to work and quickly advance your career

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Very fast-paced working environment
- Lots of opportunities to learn and take on additional responsibilities if you are willing to step up and progress in your career
- Management team are all experts in their fields
- International team
- Fun company culture, easy to make new friends amongst colleagues
- Weekly team breakfasts, bi-weekly team lunches, company movie nights (free pizza!)
- Office at good location in Kreuzberg
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- As usual in startups, the workflow can have its ups and downs. Colleagues & teammates are quite supportive though (e.g. people going out to buy lunch for their colleagues) when things get very busy
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Keep up the efforts to build a great team, especially when the company will inevitably grow larger
