All leaders are fair and supportive on all fronts. The company is quite young and hires motivated talents that fit our culture. So leaders are more in charge of developing strategies, solving blockers, structuring processes and motivating their teams.

Arbeitsbedingungen

You will get the working setup you need to be most efficient. I like to be in the office because it's a good mix of fun and work. We also have a nice balcony and you can work outside. If you want to work remote that's fine as well, as some of us are fully remote. I work some days in the office and some at home.

Kommunikation

I really love the reduced amount of meetings. We come together to talk about the most important things and do the rest in personal meetings.

It's all about excepting and respecting different points of view.

Interessante Aufgaben

Definitely! So much is going on and everything is outcome oriented and fast-moving. Less monkey work as automatization for easy recurring tasks is welcome on all areas.

Balance is quite important here. People are very understanding of life needs that may arise for employees with families.

One interesting aspect is that the founders support veganism. Company supported gatherings/events are agreed upon to support exclusively vegan food.

A small team with a flat organization. There aren't mechanisms to deeply evaluate performance and award titles, but they don't feel needed either at this point.

Colleagues seem to have been working historically in semi isolation, which can be frustrating at some points. Yet, the points of contact are excellent.

Small team, flat hierarchy. One has autonomy to push their own agenda of improvements, be creative, and support in the big picture.

I work remotely and have received all needed support to do so. Inclusively, a high end notebook of my choice.
