A company that truly cares about people and is committed to individuals. Flat hierarchy and open communication channels. Colleagues from multiple nationalities. Relaxed atmosphere yet committed to delivering good work. Well-located office in Munich, easily reachable by tram, S-Bahn, bike and even cars (parking available!).
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Not the best salaries on the market, especially compared to the big multi-nationals in the pharmaceutical or financial and insurance industries.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Partnering with a caterer or subsidizing a canteen would be great. Childcare service would be helpful.
