Small, privately held IT company with heart in the right place

Small but nice employer, a true rarity in the middle of the tech giants. Very good collaboration across 3 locations and hands on is really lived here. All employees are experts in their field and you can learn a lot from each other. The two managing directors are approachable and transparent and generally two really good guys who are deeply involved in the company. In general, the atmosphere is friendly and open and the entire management team consists of down-to-earth, experienced people. Discussions of all kinds are welcome and a big part of the corporate culture :)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Interesting tasks and projects, but the true potential is usually not exploited. Resource planning is chaotic and sometimes not well thought out, which of course is partly due to the shortage of skilled workers.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Investing in tools and systems that strengthen collaboration (especially in the current Corona situation) would be a great thing.
