Finding the right way or software
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
You work in a lot of fields in the software, HR, CRM, design, ...
You can also choose your working time yourself.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It seems the C-Level or owner does not know, what software they want to create.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Finish one product, before starting the next.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very stressful
Kommunikation
Good among colleagues, but with managers it depends on the manager, and the higher up, the worse it is.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Not really.
Everyone is busy trying not to be replaced.
Work-Life-Balance
No developer works just 40h/week. May be in other parts of the company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It depends on the manager, and the higher up, the worse it is.
Interessante Aufgaben
As a developer you use AI or should use and have to try to bring pieces together.
Highest management expects, everything will work right away when developed. But that is not the case with AI, especially not, when the product owner don't know the customers needs. And afterwards everything has to change again.
Gleichberechtigung
Everyone is stressed, no matter if male or female.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Only superiors are older.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Laptops and screens are ok. That's your equipment.
The offices have nice furniture, but most work from home.
At least you have flex time and usually you can use it flexible, outside of meetings.
One Jira-ticket follows the next.
And you are usually to slow.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Most work from home, few business travels for the managers.
Don't know, if they care about CO2 when traveling.
Gehalt/Benefits
It is ok

Totally unknown brand
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Every manager is employed from outside. I don't know anyone who has climbed the career ladder.
A weekly internal meeting on the use of AI. Some development workshops from time to time, not for training, but to get more output.
