Honestly I am very sad I stopped working with this company. I am sure , after fixing some private things, I will go back in near future.

I would just suggest to spend less time on some not efficient team members. At some point people got too relaxed because the tollerance level was too high.
In overall nothing else then to decrese this softness :)

Nothing better or worser then in any other company I worked with. If you are an full stack developer it is usual to jump in when some serious issue appears. But also when you need some more time to sleep in the morning, no one will give you a bad word.

I changed from job to job and whatever I found intersting I was involved in. There is plenty of opportunities to raise and increase your experience

Interessante Aufgaben
The great thing was , when you dont find it interesting there was really no bad intention in chaging to another task. So I had really an opportunity to work on some great technical features.
