Being a software company we get access to all the latest tech (if we need them). The office itself is mall but cozy and most important: Pets allowed at the office!

Again, small team so direct line to everybody. Also the colleagues from the Sweedish headquarters are very nice, cooperative and accessible (unless its Summer and all of Sweeden is on vacation :) ).

Its within the industry norms, and anual salary adjustments for inflation as well as evaluations and possible sallary negotiations. And plenty of bonuses.
