Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nice and supportive colleagues, comfortable office, challenging tasks, flexible working hours. Project has up-to-date documentation and high code quality. Good working atmosphere.
Company is small and very "democratic": employees can influence working processes, suggest some organizational changes and they will be accepted when majority votes for it. When problems arise, they are discussed at regular "retro"-meetings (every 3 weeks) and all team members are involved in finding solutions.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Slightly inconvenient approach to time-tracking and each of us has too many user-accounts :)
