The work itself is the main draw. We are building something that actually has a point, not another dashboard nobody asked for. You get responsibility fast, sometimes faster than comfortable, but that is how you learn. Colleagues are great, no big egos, people actually help each other. I have been here a while now and still enjoy coming in, which says something.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Schlecht is a strong word. Plans change, some weeks are hectic, and not every process exists yet. That is part of the deal at this size and it rarely bothers me, but if you need everything figured out already, you will struggle here.

Keep documenting things as we grow so knowledge does not just live in people's heads. And protect the current culture while hiring, that is easier to lose than to build.
